Aubrey is a very desirable area in which to live for many reasons. It is located in a beautiful setting and offers country-style living while being close to a large metropolitan area. Aubrey’s schools have excellent ratings and highway accessibility has increased. There are many residential homes and ranch properties available for buyers and families looking to relocate, but prices are strong. Denton County is known as “Horse Country USA” and boasts upscale country properties and large ranch and horse breeding facilities. The inventory for available properties is high. You’ll find historic estates, farms and ranches, and large horse properties.  

Pilot Point encompasses 888.4 square miles of land and nearly 70 square miles of water. It is situated next to the large and beautiful Ray Roberts Lake State Park Complex – a recreational and scenic area considered one of the most beautiful state parks in Texas, rich in scenic beauty and recreational opportunities. Pilot Point was chosen as a Texas Main Street City for 2004, and many of the early pioneer’s residences and structures still exist. Single residential homes, farms and ranches are available for between $80,000 and $1,900,000. 

The real estate market in North Dallas is active. Homes that are in good condition, that are priced right, and are in the best locations are selling as soon as they are on the market. The inventory is high and interest rates are still at a 30-year low, so it is a good time to buy. There are a variety of beautiful homes available for a range of prices.
